If you wish to book a room or should you require any information on rooms availability, rates, etc., please send e-mail us at:info@residenzanavonafirst.com. You will receive our reply, whether we have availability or not, as soon as possible (24 hours at the latest).

Booking procedure

As soon as we have checked we will inform you via e-mail on our availability, also sending a "booking proposal form" resuming your reservation details.

In order to secure the room you will be asked either to make a down payment (through bank wire or postal order) or to give your credit card details as a guarantee (they solely act as a security as you will not be charged with anything).

You will then need to e-mail or fax us copy of the down payment (or your credit card details if you are more comfortable with that).

Cancellation policy

In case of cancellation should be informed 15 days before to have the opportunity to reorganize our reservations.
Cancellations have to be sent in writing via email or fax (no phone!)
At least 15 days before (without penalty).
From 15 days up to 3 days before arrival: 1 night penalty.

From 3 days to 1 day before arrival 2 nights charge.
1 day or in case of "No Show" means the full amount of the reservation.
